The new littlest girl had a tough night
She cried, shook and was cold. Finally I gave her pain medication that our vet sent with her and she quieted. This morning when I checked on her I could see she felt much better - she had eaten her quarter can of holistic ocean fish with her antibiotic in it. The door to her crate is open but she won't come out yet. She wags her tail at me and likes to be petted and oh yes she did potty #2. She is on the road to recovery and hopefully soon a loving family. The little mini-pittie is a swetheart! She is affectionate, and oh so loving. She is sitting at my feet waiting for my hand to reach out and touch her. Then she wiggles in ecstacy. What a treasure for a lucky family. She ate her half can of holistic ocean fish as well. Thank you Susan for donating this special food for my needy guys.
Little bear the little black dog has fit in wonderfully. He is housebroken, slept quietly all night on a bed in the common room and was ready for play as soon as the front door opened. He has excellent doggie social skills yet has very good people social skills too. He will be an ideal family companion. All is well at Turtle gardens for another day. Now to find my coffee!!
