Hi Lorna,
I’ve taught come as a loose concept of turn and come in my direction. I add ‘TOUCH’ where the dog has to touch my hand with its nose. Perhaps this is the target you seek?

Thanks Sharon,
Haven’t been doing much training due to a bad cold, but when we’re out have been trying to hold out my hand and say touch. Rayla is familiar with that.
It seems to be working, she is coming faster and seems less hesitant.
Now I have to get comfortable with 60 lbs of muscle racing at me!
Lorna.
