Yvette says
Hello everyone!!
The trip took 3 days instead of one! It was an endurance marathon! But all is well and I found a computer with internet - my sister. TG has a new rescue from euthanasia - a beautiful 6 year old red cocker spaniel!! She has joined Dave and the Apple Dumplings and will be an ideal companion for a couple to enjoy! Four more pound puppies are arriving Thursday - no idea what they are yet! And a rottie arriving from Hazelton. I may not be home but Dave is doing an above average job at home!! Take care - Yvette from Ontario

 Hey! Kip made the blog! An update - Kip has now been with us for years and he is an awesome dog. I feel very privilaged to have crossed life paths with Yvette. I have done my best to help out in the ways I can - from afar. I have seen so many fantistic dogs given not only a chance at life but the chance for an even better life because Yvette interviened. At our first TG Reunion I expected the dog to clamour over her - but instead each one came up to her, sniffed & wagged their tail - they looked her in the eye and knew who she was - they each then returned to their new 'parents' and looked back at her again. They clearly were telling her that they we happy with their new lives.

I urge everyone reading this to help in some way - donate, send out a few emails featuring the dogs for adoption of your choice, collect/make dog toys and mail them - whatever you can do. Each of us CAN make a difference. Yvette and all of the dogs will feel that difference.

Thank you again Yvette for keeping Kip safe until we found him...it took us awhile but we found him.

Stan.... what a terrific job you are doing while Yvette is away, and its really interesting to have a glimpse into what was happening a few years ago a TG.
Keep up the good work, so many people read the blogs, and I'm sure are enjoying it as much as I am. Take care.
