The TG Bus is on the road!!
I woke up early to start a load of wash so all of Dave’s clothes would be clean and ready. Of course I had to have coffee right way so the grinder woke up Dave or was it the incredible aroma this morning - it really really smelt great!! I checked emails and everybody had answered. That’s one less worry. Then it was pills for Beau (pheno for his seizures- he hasn’t has any since) and Harley (stilbestrol for leaking), Penny (stilbestrol for leaking too), Rufus (antibiotics for skin condition) and Isaac (general immune boosters etc for demodex)- oh and a dish of soft food for Hobbes (just plain old - 18 years old!). All the paperwork is together, new collars and leashes on the 3 adopted dogs, receipts and quilt for Cynda, dog dishes, bottle of water and box of sample kibble for the dogs. Clean blankets for dogs to lie on and clean bedding for Dave. Everything is ready to go. Extra dog food brought in for me - oh oh we are getting low! Bear arrived at noon, so it is loading up the TG Bus and go!
1pm and the TG Bus is on its way. Going home is Beau, Nonie and Samantha.
And last but not least is Nonie!
And more good news: Gabriel went home last night!! It was just as the sun set (Amber had called from Vanderhoof - she was too excited to wait until morning!!) 10.30 pm but Dave was outside too so I was ok. I just opened the gate and the big guy rushed out to sit in front of her then - he jumped up - he never jumps up!! He was so very glad - he knew he was going home! He jumped into the back seat of the car and never looked back. Gabriel has left Turtle Gardens!
