Wow!! +9!! We had misty rain and +5 in Vancouver today!! But the snow is nearly gone where Caili and I live (quite high). She’d prefer snow- as it is you come back from a walk covered in gunky road dirt.
Love the photos. Just look at Gunnar. Not the least interested in being a convalescent. I bet he feels free as a bird, pain free and not having to drag his broken leg around, and already having learned to manage on 3 since it was useless anyway- for who knows how long. What spirit! Good luck trying to keep him quiet.
I love the name “Willow” for the little wrinkly girl. I’ve been trying to think of something that would suit her lovely colour and wistful expression. She looks soft and silvery like pussy willows, and a perfect hope for spring at this time of year. Momma Dog is just that.. a worry faced Momma.
Caili is thriving, and sweet and cute as ever. She is just the most agreeable little thing, and definitely what you would call a “follow you kind of girl”, Yvette. How did I ever manage without her. Once again, many thanks to all of you, and to TG.

P.S. Meant to mention that yesterday was Caili’s 6 month anniversary in her forever home. I’ll never forget picking her up in Mission- meeting Bear and Dave (many thanks to both)- and the way she just came right to me, trailing her blue leash. If it had been a cartoon, there would have been little hearts coming out of her head, she is such a loving and lovely little girl.

Looks like Gunnar is doing excellent after such a big surgery. I hope he finds a special forever home to live the life he should have had from the beginning.
Your Dr. Mike is truly an amazing animal loving vet. Wow
The new mom and pups are beautiful looking dogs, can’t wait to hear when they find their forever homes.
I don’t know how you keep your sanity with this constant flow of dogs and the knowledge of so many neglectful owners.
I guess the love of all these dogs take the negativity away for you all.
And the loving homes you find for them all.
Again you are Amazing Turtle Gardens.

Gunnar looks happy to be out of pain. The fuzzy pups are adorable. I am sure they will be adopted quickly. Be a good girl Gabrielle!

Good Ole Hop-a-long Gunnar. Now King will have a limpy buddy so he doesnt feel all alone and gimpy by himself lol
Is it opposite legs for them. If so they can lean on each other when they get tired. Mark just got back home and is jumping for joy at the moment (Wink)
Enjoy your warm weather. Im noticing a few teeeeeeeeny tiny sprouts coming thru the ground. CAN IT REALLY BE !!
Huggers For Now
