The Tally Is In !

December 28th, 2009

We DID It!

We Have Something

To Celebrate

The Christmas Bandana Fundraising

Campaign Tally Has Finally Arrived

Just In Time To Help

Turtle Gardens Celebrate

The New Year!

Each And Every TG Supporter

Should Pat Themself On The Back

We Sold Over 435 Bandanas! Combined

With MANY Donations For

Turtle Gardens Animal Rescue

We Raised $3,065.

THREE CHEERS TO

TG SUPPORTERS!

In Yvette’s Words,

HOW COOL IS THAT

This money will be used for things like

VET Bills and to help pay for de-worming meds. etc.

The list really goes on and on!

Remember, TG didn’t get a $30,000 Government Grant this

year so this money is REALLY Appreciated by the Labattes.

Special THANK-YOU to all the ladies that helped make this a

possibility. Each and everyone of these Bandanas had to be

hand cut. The vast majority was cut by Cynda.

435 triangles is ALOT!

We also could not have done it without Del & Lynda’s sewing

(hemming expertise) and also Thank-you to Susan T. for

helping us ease the workload.

The TG Logos and Personalized Names were printed and transfered by Del.

Susan F. (Bailey’s mom) said this Fundraiser has been a

FUN-Raiser.

We AGREE!

It has been a very worthwhile cause. We gabbed on the phone

for hours and pulled our hair out when the orders flooded in.

Then we laughed some more.

It was truely worth while!

From The Bottom Of

Our Paws

THANK-YOU, THANK-YOU

SO MUCH TO EVERYONE

WHO HELPED US!

I’m so happy and thrilled about the funds for Turtle Gardens, it’s so wonderful to be able to help where we can. I so enjoyed the whole time I was sewing, it was such a good feeling and I enjoyed the messages back and forth. That Del always left me smiling and Cynda had me laughing lots so it was alot of fun at the same time. Then another new friend Susan T. offered to help as well. there are so many wonderful folks out there caring for these dogs, it is truly wonderful. Of course the dogs loved me staying home sewing and under my feet! Jordan is so huge I couldn’t trip over him but Ella was always there and would have preferred to lay on my foot on the sewing peddle! They supervised all my moves and quality control without asking! Del’s Fashion page is tooooo cute for description so I hope everyone looks at it and keeps sending in photos. THANKYOU to all who gave so generously to our favorite Turtle Gardens! Lynda

Fantastic! Thank you to all who helped. Fundraising is TOUGH work at times but in this case it will save lives! Hopefully 2010 is a good one for Turtle Gardens and all the souls headed their way.

This was definitely a “FUN-RAISER”. and it’s absolutely great to see all the doggies and kitties model their colourful bandanas.

We are so grateful for all who supported TG. We are truly honoured to help Yvette & Dave who selflessly do so much to give the dogs a second chance in life.

If you have an idea for fundraising, we encourage other supporters to step forward.
It really doesn’t matter how big or small the idea is, it doesn’t hurt to try.
Afterall, when we first started, a few people did ask “How far can a four dollar
    bandana take you?”
